Background and Credentials

Dr. Philip Chang was born and raised in a beautiful Southeast Asia country called Myanmar. He immigrated to United States in search of better opportunities for his life. Here, he pursued his childhood dream of becoming a dentist. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from California State University (Fullerton). He then was accepted to study dentistry at prestigious University of California, San Francisco and graduated to become a dentist who is licensed to practice in California.

Dr. Chang resides and practices in Los Angeles county. He is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Gabriel Valley Dental Society.

A Sincere Passion for Patient Care

Dr. Philip Chang doesn’t believe in cherry-picking patients to treat. He treats everyone who’s treatment necessity is within his expertise. The ages of his patients ranged from as young as 2 to as mature as 90 plus. He welcomes all the patients regardless of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and age. Dr. Chang is very friendly and he truly enjoy interacting with his patients and making them smile.

In His Free Time

In his limited free times, Dr. Philip Chang loves to tend his garden, cook together with his wife for the family, and relax at home. He also loves to be on a Cruise!
